TERMS OF SERVICE

The text of this User Agreement, permanently posted on the Internet at the network address: https://radisvetafest.com, contains all material conditions and is a proposal Frantsev Yaroslav Vyacheslavovich (OGRNIP 318028000162232) to conclude a free agreement for information service with any third party using the https://radisvetafest.com website, including all subdomains on the terms set out below.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This User Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2.3. User means the person who has entered into this Agreement and/or any other person for whose benefit this Agreement has been concluded with the Rightholder in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and this Agreement.
1.2.4. Content - any information materials, including text, graphic, audiovisual and other materials that can be accessed using the Service.
1.3. Use of the Service in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including:
viewing Content within the Service;
subscription to the newsletter;
sending a message using online forms on the Site;
contacting the Site support service on the details posted on the Site;
other use of the Service,
It is a fact of conclusion of this Agreement and the documents specified in it mandatory for the Parties in accordance with the provisions of Art. 437 and Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.4. Using any of the above mentioned possibilities for using the Service, the User confirms that:
1.4.1. Have read the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Required Documents specified therein in full prior to the start of use of the Service.
1.4.2. Accepts all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Required Documents specified therein in full without any exemptions or restrictions and undertakes to comply with or terminate the use of the Service.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE

2.1. A prerequisite for entering into this Agreement shall be the full and unconditional acceptance and observance by the User, in the following cases, of the requirements and provisions set forth in the Personal Information Processing Policy posted on the Internet at https://radisvetafest.com/, which contains rules for the provision and use of confidential information, including personal data of the User.
2.2. The Rightholder has the right to set limits and introduce other technical restrictions on the use of the Service, which from time to time will be communicated to the Users in the form and method of the Rightholder's choice.

RESTRICTIONS

By agreeing to the terms of this User Agreement, the User understands and acknowledges that:
3.1. The provisions of consumer protection legislation shall not be applied to the relations of the Parties to provide the Service free of charge.
3.2. The Service is provided for use for informational, training purposes on the terms "as is," in connection with which no guarantees are provided to Users that the Service will meet all the requirements of the User; services will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors; the results that can be obtained using the Service will be accurate and reliable; the quality of any product, service, information and Content obtained using the Service will meet the expectations of the User; all errors in the Content and/or software of the Service will be corrected.
3.3. Since the Service is at the stage of continuous addition and updating of new functionality, the form and nature of the provided services can change from time to time without prior notification to the User. The Rightholder may, at its sole discretion, terminate (temporarily or permanently) the provision of services (or any separate functions within the framework of the services) to all Users in general or to You, in particular, without your prior notice.
3.4. The user does not have the right to independently or with the involvement of third parties:
3.4.1. copy (reproduce) in any form and in any way the computer and database programs included in the Service of the Rightholder, including any of their elements and Content, without prior written consent of their owner;
3.4.2. open the technology, emulate, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, and perform other similar actions with the Service;
3.4.3. create software products and/or services using the Service without prior permission of the Rightholder.
3.5. If errors are detected in the operation of the Service or in the Content placed on it, the User shall inform the Rightholder about this at the address indicated in the details or separately on the Site for the support service.
3.6. In all circumstances, the liability of the Rightholder is limited to 500 (five hundred) rubles and is assigned to him only if there is guilt in his actions.

TERMS OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA BY USER

4.1. The User agrees to receive informational electronic messages (hereinafter referred to as "noticers") from the Rightholder to the e-mail address and/or the telephone number you specify when working with the Service.
4.2. The Rightholder has the right to use notices to inform the User about changes and new features of the Service, about changes to the Agreement or the Required Documents specified in it, as well as for distributions of informational or advertising nature.

OTHER CONDITIONS

5.1. This User Agreement, the procedure for its conclusion and execution, as well as matters not settled by this Agreement, are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. All disputes under or in connection with the Agreement shall be considered in court at the location of the Rightholder in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3. This Agreement may be amended or terminated unilaterally by the Rightholder without prior notice to the User and without any compensation in connection therewith.
