The Organizer undertakes to implement for the Participant the educational program of the I International Festival of Contemporary Art RADI SVETA: BAIKAL in the Irkutsk Region, Olkhon Island, from August 31 to September 06, 2020 after the Participant has made a cash contribution necessary to book the Participant's place in the Program.

The cost of participating in the Program includes:
• Accommodation in the hostel in rooms up to 3 places, closed for program participants in the period from August 31 to September 6, 2020.,
• RADI SVETA FEST main program: daily three-hour training in groups by training level (except for the days of arrival and departure of the group, "Day Off" for excursions and free time).
• Daily events together with participants of the art residence and invited European teachers,
• RADI SVETA welcome party and final performance of project participants,
• Group tour of Olkhon Island with guide (subject to payment by Member of full fare with accommodation),
• Organizational support from project organizers in preparation for the visit and during the implementation of the program.

The security payment for participation in the educational program of the Festival is 10,000 rubles. and is paid within 1 (one) day from the moment of signing the contract by the Program Participant. On the fact of making a security payment - a place for participation in the educational program is booked for the Participant.
The security payment is non-refundable and includes the Contractor's administrative, labor, advertising costs for the educational program implementation.

If the Participant refuses to participate in the Program, regardless of the terms of refusal, a security payment for participation in the Program in the amount of 10,000 rubles is withheld from the Participant, which includes organizational expenses of the Organizer for preparation and registration of participation in the Program and reservation of the place on the trip.
If the Participant refuses to participate in the Program, the Organizer shall also have the right to withhold the amount of the advance payment made by the Organizer to the counterparties when organizing the educational program (payment for places in the training group, payment for accommodation, etc.); as well as penalties issued to the Organizer in connection with the Participant's refusal to participate in the Program in accordance with the following provisions: if the participant refuses to travel within 30 days before the start of the Program, the amount of 10,000 rubles is returned to the Participant from the full cost of the Program; if the participant refuses to travel less than 30 days before the start of the Program - 10,000 RUB from the full cost of the Program is returned only in case of reasonable inability of the Program Participant to take part in the trip, forms of which are injuries and diseases - upon presentation of the relevant medical certificate, contingencies with air tickets - upon presentation of the relevant documents indicating the unforeseen nature of such circumstances.

The refusal to participate in the Program shall be confirmed by a written appeal addressed to the Organizer.
Refund to the Member in case of withdrawal of the tour shall be made within 10 business days from the date of completion of the Program. The Participant is aware and agrees that all risks associated with the inability to participate in the Program, including refusal to participate for any reasons not related to the Organizer's improper performance of its obligations, are borne independently.
